Suvi is hiring a Senior Policy and Process Functional Lead to support HQDA G‑6 in developing, coordinating, and overseeing Cybersecurity/Information Assurance (CS/IA) and IT strategy, policy, and plans to support the CIO/G‑6’s distributed enterprise network.

Responsibilities
- Identify Army process gaps and provide recommendations for alternatives, design and implementation of new processes to improve Army CS/IA management IAW Army and industry best practices.
- Maintain working relationships and communication with Joint, DOD and Army organizations, as well as outside agencies (e.g., NIST, DNI) in CS/IA and IT matters affecting the Army community.
- Draft, review and provide comments on all SAP/SA and CS/IA‑related policies, procedures, and instructions issued by Army and DOD agencies.
- Develop and publish SAP/SA and CS/IA Assessment and Authorization (A&A) guidance for implementation of the Risk Management Framework (RMF).
- Be knowledgeable of Army Governance Boards and processes in accordance with prevailing Army Cyber and Cybersecurity mandates to submit and validate the Army organization's modernization requirements.
- Provide administrative support and perform duties including setting meeting frequency, scheduling, identifying agenda topics, coordinating with stakeholders, documenting meeting proceedings, preparing executive summaries and meeting minutes, and posting artifacts to the IT knowledge hub.
- Provide services for all internal and external tasking actions, policy development actions, and documentation reviews in DOD and Army tasking tools.
- Develop and present briefing material as required to support the program to the team, leadership, and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Active DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification (CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, CND, or SSCP).
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience.
- Experience gathering strategic customer requirements.
- Experience with the ETMS2 (also known as TMT).
- Experience ensuring governance procedures are properly established, communicated, and proactively managed.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with senior customers to field and troubleshoot questions and issues.
- Ability to plan and collaborate with the Army senior executive staff to ensure all strategic IT requirements are fully met.
- Innovative thinking and leadership with an ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional, interdisciplinary teams.
