About the Role:

Are you passionate about renewable energy and looking to build a career designing, developing and integrating reliable power solutions for homes and businesses?

We are seeking a Power Systems Engineer with 5 years of hands-on experience in the field to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Power Systems Engineers and Project Engineers in solar and battery backup installations
• Conduct site inspections with minimal to zero supervision
• Ensure quality assurance and compliance with project specifications
• Support in system design, layout, and commissioning
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reports

What We’re Looking For

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, major in Power.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in renewable energy (solar & battery backup installations)
• Strong knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions
• Ability to interpret electrical schematics and perform system diagnostics
• Hands-on experience in fieldwork, site assessments, and installation support
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently

Work Structure & Compensation

• Salary: ₦150,000 Gross Monthly
• Transportation Stipend: Provided only when on projects
• Work Mode:
  • On-site at project locations (when assigned), and at the Corporate office four days weekly.
  • Remote work on non-project days only - two days weekly
  • Annually Salary Review (guaranteed only by employee performance and business performance)
  • Year-end performance Bonus (Tailored to business performance for the financial year)
