Location

This role covers EuroWest markets, with international exposure and occasional travel for customer meetings, discovery workshops, partner sessions, executive presentations and strategic sales cycles.
Job Summary
Drive high-impact senior presales and solution engineering activities across sales engagements, marketing initiatives and business development activities by effectively positioning Centric PXM solutions. Translate customer requirements into tailored solution capabilities, ensuring alignment with business objectives, enterprise architecture, technology requirements and value drivers. Partner closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product, Customer Success and the partner ecosystem to develop compelling, high-quality proposals that support successful deal execution.
Lead the growth and development of regional expertise in PXM across EuroWest, mentoring sales and partner teams and elevating overall capability and knowledge. Contribute to product evolution by supporting requirements gathering, field feedback, solution scoping and specification development for Centric PXM. A key part of the role is to differentiate Centric PXM within competitive PIM/PXM, DAM, MDM and digital commerce landscapes, including Akeneo-led environments.
About The Team
The global Centric PXM team is at the forefront of delivering best-in-class Product Experience Management solutions for retail, e-commerce, manufacturing and branded goods industries. Comprised of dynamic, results-driven technical, business and product experts, the team specializes in helping enterprise customers govern, enrich, orchestrate and syndicate product data and digital assets across complex omnichannel ecosystems.
Through deep industry knowledge and a collaborative approach, the team enables customers to improve product data governance, accelerate product content enrichment, increase Digital Shelf readiness, activate marketplaces and scale e-commerce performance. The EuroWest team works closely with Sales, Professional Services, Product, Customer Success and integrator partners to support enterprise customers, strengthen the regional partner ecosystem and position Centric PXM effectively in a competitive multi-vendor PIM/PXM market.
Responsibilities
- Analyze customer business requirements as a basis to propose Centric PXM solutions aligned with product data governance, product content enrichment, omnichannel syndication, Digital Shelf, marketplace and e-commerce priorities.
- Collaborate with Sales teams to qualify strategic prospects, shape opportunity strategy and support complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Lead discovery and scoping workshops with business, digital, e-commerce, marketing, product, IT, data and architecture stakeholders.
- Deliver in-depth, broad-based presales presentations and demonstrations of the Centric PXM solution suite, including PIM, DAM, syndication, Digital Shelf and product data workflow capabilities.
- Configure Centric PXM solutions that are fit for purpose through product presentations, value-based demonstrations and supporting materials.
- Tailor demonstrations to customer-specific use cases, industry context, data maturity, integration landscape and business objectives.
- Produce written specifications, Solution Scope Documents, Use Case Documents and presales deliverables highlighting product capabilities, business benefits and value-add to customers.
- Analyze complex customer requirements and pain points across PXM, PIM, DAM, MDM, ERP, PLM, marketplaces, APIs, syndication and digital commerce architectures.
- Prepare response documentation for RFI/RFP requests, soutenances, executive presentations and enterprise business cases.
- Ensure a clear understanding of customer technology requirements, providing support for proposal and project teams with a vision to win and deliver large-scale, complex PXM solutions.
- Support Professional Services in defining solution scope, implementation approach, assumptions, risks, dependencies and value drivers.
- Provide input into future Centric PXM solution functionality, implementation methodology and customization standards based on field feedback and customer requirements.
- Support partner enablement and integrator ecosystem activation across EuroWest, helping partners position, demonstrate and deliver Centric PXM effectively.
- Take part in marketing campaigns, events, webinars and market-facing initiatives based on strong understanding of PXM trends, customer needs and competitive market dynamics.
- Position and differentiate Centric PXM against competing PIM/PXM, DAM, MDM and digital commerce solutions.
- Leverage multi-vendor market knowledge, including mandatory Akeneo exposure, to support strategic sales cycles, competitive displacement and value-based positioning.

- Executive Communication: Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders, business sponsors, IT leaders and operational teams, translating complex product data and architecture topics into clear business value, decision criteria and implementation trajectories.
- Partner Enablement: Ability to support integrators and ecosystem partners with solution positioning, demonstration guidance, enablement content and opportunity-specific expertise across EuroWest markets.
- Competitive Positioning Skills: Ability to articulate Centric PXM differentiation against PIM/PXM, DAM, MDM and digital commerce vendors in competitive enterprise sales cycles, including Akeneo-led environments.
- Multi-Vendor PXM Expertise: Strong knowledge of multiple PIM/PXM, DAM, MDM or digital commerce platforms, with the ability to compare solution models, functional depth, implementation patterns, market positioning and enterprise fit objectively.
Qualifications
- 8 to 12 years of experience in B2B SaaS, PIM/PXM, DAM, MDM or digital commerce.
- Proven senior experience in presales, solution engineering or solution consulting.
- Mandatory experience across multiple PIM/PXM, DAM, MDM or digital commerce software vendors, including Akeneo.
- Proven ability to compare, position and differentiate enterprise product experience solutions in competitive sales cycles.
- Strong retail, e-commerce and/or manufacturing knowledge.
- Understanding of ERP, PLM, PIM, DAM, MDM, marketplaces, APIs and syndication architectures.
- Experience with RFI/RFP processes, executive demos, soutenances and enterprise sales cycles.
- Excellent presentation and application demonstration skills with small or large audiences.
- Ability to move from C-level business conversations to technical discussions with IT architects.
- Experience in product data governance, product content enrichment, syndication and Digital Shelf use cases.
- Ability to develop multi-level relationships of confidence and trust with customers, partners and cross-functional colleagues.
- Partner enablement experience appreciated.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred.
- Availability for occasional travel across France, EuroWest and international customer or partner engagements.
- French native or C2 required.
- Fluent English required.
- Spanish highly appreciated.
- Portuguese or German is a plus.
- Ability to adapt to a rapidly evolving technology and commercial environment.
