What you’ll achieve As a Senior Principal Solutions Architect, you will take the technical lead during pre-sales engagement, using a consultative approach towards the customer to fully understand their overall business goals. From there, you will translate the client’s business requirements into specific systems or applications for complex technology solutions. You will: Create and own the pre-sales qualification process and deliver the architectural design, strategy and plan, leading technical customer engagements Develop and cultivate robust customer relationships, in order to identify additional opportunities with current accounts Guide project quality assurance activities and possibly supervise staff on large projects where a high number of technical staff are involved, including training or on-the-job mentoring Have deep, extensive knowledge of Dell Technologies products, integration capabilities and related environments, keeping up to date with the latest industry developments Lead executive level customer facing presentations Take the first step towards your dream career Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table.
