Senior Principal, Microsoft Productivity & AI Enablement

The Senior Microsoft Productivity & AI Enablement Principal, role is an executive‑facing role responsible for accelerating adoption and value realization of Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities. This role will design and deliver end‑user and executive enablement, define and implement Copilot adoption and ROI metrics, and educate business leaders on practical, responsible use of AI within their business units.

The role will work closely with Modern Workplace Technology, Microsoft platform teams, and AI‑supporting functions, while engaging directly with corporate users, airline business units, and senior leadership (including the C‑suite). Deliverables include clear “what tool to use, when, and why” guidance, Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement, executive AI education sessions, adoption and value measurement frameworks, and documentation with knowledge transfer to internal teams

Responsibilities

• Microsoft tool usage framework (“what to use, when, and why”)
• Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot enablement materials
• Executive and C‑suite AI education sessions and decks
• Defined adoption, usage, and ROI KPIs with baseline metrics
• Documentation and knowledge transfer to internal teams
• Recommendation for long‑term operating model or permanent function

Qualifications

• Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 ecosystem
• Expert‑level knowledge of Copilot Chat and Microsoft 365 Copilot
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI capabilities and trends
• Proven experience working directly with senior leadership and executives
• Ability to independently build and deliver executive‑ready presentations

Nice to have

• Experience with Copilot Studio / agents
• Airline or highly regulated industry experience
• Background in digital transformation or enterprise adoption programs
• Experience defining and measuring technology ROI

Education and Certifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or Engineering.
• PMP (Project Management Professional)

• MS-700: Managing Microsoft Teams
• Microsoft Certified: AI Business Professional (Exam AB-730)
• Copilot Studio / Power Platform Certifications (PL-200 or PL-500)
• PROSCI Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP)
