The Oracle Dedicated Cloud Product Management team seeks an experienced and motivated Senior Principal Product Manager to collaborate with internal and external customers. Your primary goal will be to enhance the Operator experience for Dedicated Region Cloud @Customer (DRCC) and Oracle Alloy. You will lead the charge in developing strategies for privileged access management, service account governance, credential rotation, and emergency access procedures, all while ensuring comprehensive logging and audit trails for changes and incidents.

This role requires a blend of technical and product expertise to address the diverse requirements from stakeholders. You will excel at navigating the complexities of service dependencies while staying focused on delivering a top-notch customer experience. Strong organizational skills will help manage priorities and provide insightful guidance to leadership.

A successful candidate will have a passion for product management, rich experience in identity and access security, familiarity with user interfaces, APIs, and capability development. You will lead cross-functional teams in complex technical projects, defining key requirements and metrics. Building positive relationships with product teams, support organizations, and executive stakeholders will be crucial, alongside effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive substantial organizational improvements across various Oracle divisions.
• Craft product strategy to inform product design.
• Identify, define, and prioritize features and capabilities within the product.
• Present product roadmaps and strategies to customers and collaborators.
• Utilize artificial intelligence to achieve our objectives effectively.
• Establish and measure operational experience and performance targets.
• Proactively identify and mitigate risks and issues to ensure project success.
• Serve as an advocate for customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.
• Develop materials that support customer success.
• Manage relationships with internal stakeholders to facilitate optimal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of practical product strategy experience in the cloud security domain.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, along with executive presence.
• A proven ability to shape product strategy focused on developer operations and service reliability.
• Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated success in launching new products in an agile setting.
