Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Data Center Programs & Critical Path Management
- Champion quality and execution in Vendor Management at a programmatic level. It is essential to have a technical understanding of contracted work and to drive vendor collaborations to enhance quality, throughput, and efficiency while meeting cost-saving goals.
- Develop and maintain integrated plans that align design documents (layouts/BOMs/patch matrices), material readiness, build execution, commissioning, software/platform enablement, and the transition to production.
- Work collaboratively with supply chain and deployment stakeholders to address long-lead constraints and develop mitigation strategies to safeguard committed delivery timelines in partnership with material forecasting and planning efforts.
- Identify dependencies, critical paths, and constraints, making informed tradeoffs and sequencing decisions, and establish escalation procedures to maintain schedule integrity and readiness. Address issues tactically while also forming a collaborative, systemic plan for scalability.
- Ensure alignment among internal teams and external partners on readiness assessments, delivery milestones, quality benchmarks, and escalation processes. Maintain visibility regarding schedules, potential changes, and early warning indicators.
Executive Cadence, Decision Framing, and Visibility
- Create operating rhythms, executive presentations, and decision logs to improve decision-making speed and accountability.
- Deliver clear, actionable communications: options, recommendations, risks, mitigations, and necessary actions.
Technical Program Leadership
- Bring experience in scaling AI/GPU infrastructure and driving rapid capacity expansion projects, acting as a technical integrator across various infrastructure domains, including data hall design, deployment systems/automation, network/compute/power/telemetry, and operational readiness.
- Promote the adoption of standardized mechanisms, best practices, and automation to minimize rework, decrease cycle times, and enhance initial quality outcomes.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 5 years of experience leading complex technical programs (or equivalent), preferably within cloud infrastructure, Data Center Design, hyperscale data centers, or large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven success in managing multi-organization programs with executive stakeholders and a strong ability to influence others without direct authority.
- Technical proficiency throughout the data center delivery lifecycle (plan/design/build/commission/operate) and understanding of cloud infrastructure requirements.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to craft compelling narratives and make decisions effectively.
- Robust operational discipline in mechanisms, dashboards, KPI tracking, and escalation processes.
- Familiarity with program management tools and methodologies (e.g., Jira/Confluence, MS Project/Smartsheet; Agile/hybrid delivery).
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of design, integration, and implementation of fiber installation and data communication systems. BICSI (or equivalent) certifications are preferred for this role.
- Experience in coordinating with Low-Voltage vendors, deployment teams, and global supplier networks.

Salary and Benefits
Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only US: Hiring Range in USD from: $90,100 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to reflect variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, as well as to balance internal pay equity.
