Responsibilities

  • Analysis of process workflows to identify areas for efficiency improvements.
  • Supporting data collection and analysis for operational reporting initiatives.
  • Assisting in documenting standard operating procedures for team reference.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to streamline communication processes.
  • Supporting the drafting and negotiation of client agreements.
  • Leading the implementation of automation projects.
  • Delivering the organisation's quarterly risk‑self analysis to identify financial, operational and regulatory risks arising from BAU processes.
  • Conducting research on best practices to enhance process effectiveness.
  • Conducting high‑risk user investigations.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills to assess business operations and identify process gaps.
  • Experience in business process improvement and business process management to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
  • Proficiency in business process design and implementation techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
  • Capability to work in a hybrid environment, managing both in‑office and remote responsibilities.
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred.
