Responsibilities

• Analyze product performance and user behavior to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key product metrics.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers to define product strategy and roadmap.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform product decisions.
• Communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Economics) or equivalent practical experience.
• 5-8 years of experience in product analysis, data analysis, or a related role.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
