Notre client recherche un Product Coach expérimenté pour l'aider à faire progresser ses pratiques globales de gestion de produit.

Project Context

• You will support the product management team in connecting the GAP Product strategy with product OKRs.
• You will coach the team to identify user problems and develop hypotheses to achieve objectives.
• You will foster a culture of experimentation by providing the necessary tools and expertise.
• You will transition from a feature-oriented roadmap to a value and results-oriented roadmap by:
  • Helping to define a clear product roadmap ownership model.
  • Supporting Product Managers in constructively refusing stakeholder requests.
  • Anchoring a data-driven culture with clear metrics (ARPU, conversion, retention).
  • Strengthening the monetization strategy and business impact.
  • Assisting teams in adopting modern product practices (discovery, prioritization, experimentation).
