As a Senior Delivery Executive, you will play a critical role in shaping the overall business transformation of our clients, positioning them as leaders in their industries. Your leadership will be pivotal in shaping 3Pillar’s reputation as a market leader, directly influencing our growth trajectory and market positioning.

You will adeptly navigate, identify, and partner with C‑level client stakeholders and build deep trusted partnerships that secure alignment between 3Pillar delivery and our client priorities. You will work within the 3Pillar ecosystem to galvanize teams cross‑departmentally and ensure that we deliver the best outcomes possible for our clients. While providing strategic direction to delivery teams, your primary focus will be upward and outward, while day‑to‑day operations are managed by 3Pillar Delivery Leadership.

Success in this role will be measured not only by operational excellence and client satisfaction but also by your ability to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and cultivate long‑term strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Executive Partner and Advisor: Make pivotal decisions that impact the direction of large‑scale enterprise accounts, driving organizational change and innovation at both 3Pillar and our client partners. Serve as a trusted partner with C‑suite executives, leaders, and boards, helping them reinvent their enterprise to drive greater growth, enhance competitiveness, and implement operational improvements. Anticipate where clients are going and prepare 3Pillar teams to deliver for the future of their business. Ensure economic buyers and key stakeholders are consistently informed and aligned on delivery objectives.
  • Strategic Client Solutioning: Lead initiatives that drive innovation and market differentiation, ensuring that both 3Pillar and our clients stay ahead of industry trends. Define and execute the strategic vision across enterprise accounts, identify and align with client business requirements, and provide innovative solutions to solve market problems. Build strategic alignment and clarity regarding the technical solutions that will best serve the client.
  • Lead Strategic Accounts to Success: Facilitate executive‑level governance in alignment with our Client Engagement SDLC framework (Lightwave). Own the ultimate outcome of multi‑team engagements that are critical to the company’s growth and reputation. Provide hands‑on leadership where necessary, bridging the gap between high‑level vision and day‑to‑day delivery. Articulate a compelling vision and connect disparate dots into cohesive strategies for 3Pillar and client teams. Align with Sales and Client Services to uncover and capitalize on growth opportunities.

Success Attributes & Skills

  • Executive Partnership: Track record of leaders relying on you for expert advice and consulting on highly complex product development.
  • Strategic Consulting in Product: Extensive experience leading full product lifecycle development with a focus on strategic alignment and market differentiation.
  • Expert Collaboration and Influence: Proven ability to align cross‑functional teams around shared goals, balancing the demands of Sales, Client Services, and Delivery teams to achieve superior client outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Product Development Leadership: 10+ years of experience leading strategic, multi‑million‑dollar product development initiatives across diverse industries, with a proven track record of driving innovation and market leadership. Must have experience delivering fixed outcome‑based projects.
  • Strategic Account Management: 7+ years of experience managing high‑value and high‑risk enterprise accounts, with a proven ability to deliver on complex, multi‑faceted engagements.
  • Executive Stakeholder Management: Experience influencing and managing expectations at the executive level, both internally and externally.
  • Must be based in the US or Canada – proximate to clients.

Preferred Experience

  • Data‑Driven Decision Making: Proficient in using quantitative and qualitative data to inform strategic decisions and drive ongoing enhancement.
  • Global Team Leadership: Experience leading diverse, global teams with a focus on fostering collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
  • Travel Expectation: Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time, including occasional international travel, to meet with client stakeholders and support strategic initiatives.
