Your Mission
Au sein de la tribu Customer Digital Experience, vous jouez un rôle clé dans la réussite des initiatives produit, en équilibrant valeur utilisateur, expérience client et objectifs business. En collaboration étroite avec le reste de l'équipe vous serez au cœur de la stratégie et de l’exécution produit.
Responsibilities
Strategic Alignment
- Collaborer étroitement avec le Head of Product et le Head of Customer Digital Experience
- Aligner la vision et les initiatives de l’équipe avec les objectifs globaux de la tribu
Product & Tech Collaboration
- Travailler en synergie avec l’Engineering Manager et le Product Manager
- Améliorer en continu le process produit : discovery, delivery, amélioration continue
- Favoriser l’engagement et l’autonomie des équipes de développement
Value-Oriented Culture
- Encourager une approche centrée sur l’impact et la livraison de valeur
- Prioriser les objectifs concrets plutôt que la simple production de features
User Research & Data
- Mener des recherches utilisateurs spécifiques à votre périmètre
- Exploiter les insights pour guider les décisions produit
- Analyser les KPIs pour mesurer l’impact et ajuster la stratégie
Ideal Profile
- You are a graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field.
- A background in data or UX is a significant plus.
- You have at least 5 years of experience in Product Design.
- A certification in product management or value-oriented methodologies is appreciated.
- You are proficient in French (C1) and English (B2), both spoken and written.
- You possess strong analytical, negotiation, and prioritization skills.
- You are customer-oriented, enjoy teamwork, and thrive in dynamic environments.
