• you need clear instructions before making decisions
• you prefer to hedge decisions instead of owning them
• you only feel comfortable once everything is perfectly defined
• you avoid conflict or tension

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Product / UX Designer in B2B SaaS
• End-to-end ownership of a product or feature area
• High decision maturity under uncertainty
• Strong conceptual thinking and solid execution
• Experience working closely with engineers
• Very confident using Figma
