Senior Product Development Manager- Healthcare

In this role you will drive and coordinate the development of healthcare logistics solutions across Europe, serving as a bridge between commercial and operational functions. You will lead opportunity development, align regional efforts with global capabilities, and translate customer needs into compliant, executable outcomes. You’ll shape the healthcare offering through cross-functional collaboration, training, and strategic initiatives. This is an opportunity to scale a high-growth healthcare vertical within a global organization and influence senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Bridge commercial and operational teams to pursue healthcare opportunities
• Partner with regional sales to identify, qualify, and advance healthcare opportunities
• Provide subject-matter guidance on solution design, RFQs, and pricing for compliant outcomes
• Translate customer requirements into scalable, operationally feasible solutions with healthcare standards in mind
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and global teams to ensure readiness and implementation
• Monitor pipeline progress, identify risks, and drive resolutions for customer satisfaction and growth
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying capability gaps and strengthening the healthcare offering
• Build awareness and capability through training, stakeholder engagement, and best-practice sharing
• Support strategic initiatives, pricing approaches, and business cases to grow the healthcare vertical

Requirements

• Minimum 6+ years in global forwarding or supply chain logistics
• Mandatory healthcare/pharmaceutical logistics experience (GDP, temperature-controlled transport, regulatory requirements)
• Experience working across commercial and operational functions
• Strong understanding of solution design in complex and regulated logistics environments
• Proven ability to support and advance business opportunities (RFQs, solutioning, customer engagement)
• Strategic, solution-oriented mindset with ability to operate in a evolving structure
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional European languages are a plus
