Product Engineer

Our Team

More than 90 engineers from top engineering and computer science schools (CentraleSupélec, 42, Télécom Paris, Polytechnique, Mines, etc.) make up our technical team.

Their mission? To design, develop, and evolve custom digital products for our clients: web/mobile applications, business platforms, AI solutions.

They work in close collaboration with our product and design teams to understand business challenges and build robust, performant, and scalable solutions. From the technical scoping phase to production, they rely on solid engineering practices (code reviews, automated tests, CI/CD, software architecture) and actively participate in technical choices and continuous improvement of projects.

At Galadrim, we aim to evolve the Software Engineer profession, particularly by concretely integrating AI workflows into our development methods.

We train engineers capable of working at the intersection of tech, product, and business, and of using AI as a lever to go faster and further.

In a context of strong growth (+50% per year since its creation), Galadrim is strengthening its technical team and seeking its future Product Engineers.

You will learn to

• Develop features by building quality, maintainable, and scalable code
• Understand our clients' business challenges and challenge them to build the most relevant solutions
• Participate in technical choices and architectural discussions to design custom and scalable products
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, designers, and other developers to deliver value quickly
• Work on ambitious projects, adapting to the standards of each codebase and contributing to their continuous improvement
• Use AI daily (code generation, debugging, task automation, technical exploration) to accelerate development and improve product quality
• Ensure code quality through best engineering practices: code reviews, automated tests, refactoring, and continuous improvement

You will work autonomously, accompanied by a project team (engineers, PM, designer). You will be in direct contact with the client and will have a high level of responsibility.

Project Examples

• We have had the opportunity to work several times with the CEA (French Alternative Energies and Atomic Energy Commission), one of the main scientific research organizations in France. Our last project focused on improving an open-source data annotation tool, whose outputs are intended to train AI models. The project addressed multi-modal data visualization issues (2D, 3D, time series). Technically, the work covered the UI architecture redesign, the integration of NLP models and 3D point clouds, a backend data preprocessing pipeline, as well as an agentic dimension to automate the annotation process.
• The FFTir (French Shooting Federation) called on us to modernize and replace their internal administration tool: THOT, a platform centralizing the management of their organizational structure (federation, regions, leagues, departments, associations) as well as their sports repositories. The application manages a significant volume of personal data (licensees, contact details, sports careers), so security and compliance issues were at the heart of the project. Technically, the project is based on a fullstack TypeScript monorepo architecture with a granular permission system by functionality and entity, strict GDPR compliance, 2FA authentication, role-based access control, and traceability of sensitive actions; all dimensioned to handle up to 200,000 simultaneous users during major events.
• Project X Paris is a French fashion brand. Since 2018, we have been supporting PXP in the development and evolution of a complete application ecosystem, structured to serve its business needs. From web checkout to internal tools, including B2B flows and logistics, we have supported the product's growth by making sustainable technical and architectural choices. The project relied on structuring decisions to support its increasing complexity: centralization in a monorepo, rationalization of application components, migration to AWS, and strengthening quality through the automation of E2E tests in continuous co-construction with client teams.
