Role Overview: As a Senior Product Manager in the Merchandising Product team at Albertsons Companies, you will be responsible for leading the Partner set up and management module in the Albertsons Partner Portal. Your role will involve developing the Product Strategy and vision of the platform, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and leveraging your expertise in product management and the retail and grocery industry to enhance the alternate revenue strategy. Your strategic mindset and ambition to deliver impactful products will play a crucial role in the success of the platform.

Key Responsibilities: - Champion the needs of customers, merchants, vendors, business teams, and stakeholders throughout the product development cycle. - Research B2B data product markets, develop points of view on trends, study strategic partnerships, and develop relationships with new prospective partners. - Manage the full product lifecycle, define features, write specifications, measure metrics, and iterate through A/B Testing and data-centric designs. - Develop plans, articulate strategic direction, vision, and priorities for the Albertsons Partner Portal. - Translate goals, plans, and progress into clear terms for stakeholder alignment and leadership buy-in. - Conduct interviews and workshops with suppliers, internal merchants, and develop product development artifacts to advance the product. - Build and manage stakeholder relationships to influence and drive change. - Utilize product data to inform decisions, understand retail customer problems, and foster relationships with external partners and vendors. - Apply analytical and critical thinking skills to identify root causes, evaluate data, and develop solutions. - Adapt and acquire new skills to enhance productivity and problem-solving. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and have prior experience building B2B Data Platforms for large retail organizations.

Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or similar required, Master's degree preferred. - 5-8 years of relevant experience in Product Management, preferably in e-commerce/internet in Platform product management within Retail or Technology organization.
