About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Manager to take charge of Product-Led Growth (PLG) strategy and operational rhythm focused on customer acquisition, activation, and high-value growth. As a senior individual contributor, you will function as an internal strategy and operations expert, enjoying direct access to executive leaders and influencing cross-functional teams.

Your responsibilities extend beyond standard analytics or reporting. You will shape the growth strategy, tackle complex issues, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and ensure that execution leads to meaningful decisions and measurable business results. Collaboration with leaders in Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales will be essential, providing regular insights to senior decision-makers.

You will play a crucial role in PLG communications at the executive level, transforming insights, progress, and trade-offs into cohesive narratives that align PLG efforts with overarching company goals. You will work closely with Product management to guide roadmap decisions and collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop effective go-to-market strategies.

This role demands an ability to create a strong foundation for strategic choices, requiring hands-on engagement with data and materials as needed. This includes crafting SQL queries, developing structured models in spreadsheets, and creating polished presentations for executives. What You Will Do: • Own PLG Strategy and Planning • Take charge of PLG strategy and operational priorities across customer acquisition, activation, monetization, and high-value growth. • Lead annual and quarterly planning inputs, including goal setting and operating trade-offs. • Collaborate with senior PLG leadership to prioritize initiatives, direct investment decisions, and ensure alignment. • Drive Executive Decision Support and Communications • Prepare for PLG executive reviews, synthesizing insights and developing high-quality presentation materials. • Translate complex data into straightforward, actionable insights that guide leadership decisions and resource management. • Act as a strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, contributing to identifying issues and shaping solutions. • Inform Product and GTM Strategy • Work closely with Product teams to influence roadmap priorities based on insights regarding customer behavior and growth trends. • Engage with Marketing and Sales to refine go-to-market strategies, campaign themes, and execution plans aligned with PLG goals. • Lead Funnel Performance and Growth Diagnostics • Assess end-to-end performance within acquisition and activation funnels, pinpointing issues and identifying areas for improvement. • Implement a structured, hypothesis-driven approach to experimentation and enhancement. • Ensure insights are operationalized, reflected in the roadmap, and adjust GTM or execution strategies as necessary. • Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution • Advance progress across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales by coordinating efforts, timelines, and interdependencies. • Raise any unresolved issues or blockers to the appropriate level, presenting clear options and recommendations to maintain progress. • Own Measurement and Insight Foundations • Ensure PLG metrics and analyses bolsters executive decision-making and prioritization processes. • Guide the transition from volume metrics to focusing on value, usage, and customer outcomes. • Collaborate with data and engineering teams to uphold analytical rigor and ensure consistent definitions. • Manage analytical projects comprehensively, deciding when to delve deeply into details and when to collaborate with data science teams for high-quality analysis.
