Summary
This position will be primarily focused on strategically supporting the Product Managers by conducting advanced market and rate analyses, identifying opportunities for product expansion, supporting roadmap development and driving cross-functional collaboration. Additionally, there will be mentoring opportunities. This role is structured to develop skills and knowledge necessary for advancement along a Product Management career path.
This is an In-Office position 5 days per week

Essential Responsibilities
- Conduct research for competitor and market research and identify strategic opportunities.
- Translate market and rate analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Identify and prioritize research opportunities for product improvement using internal and external data.
- Map competitor appetites and gaps in market coverage and determine plans to communicate when thresholds are met.
- Support Product Managers on special projects.
- Develop impactful visualizations and reports for internal stakeholders, presenting market insights and strategic findings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (such as Claims, Underwriting, Agencies, etc.) to gather feedback and insights and lead cross-departmental collaboration efforts.
- Assess monitoring efforts to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Promote data-driven decision-making by analyzing data and communicating findings clearly and objectively to a variety of internal business partners.
- Train and mentor PMAs, set and enforce PMA service standards, provide quality oversight and assist PMAs with project prioritization.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications / Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent work experience with five years' experience in P&C insurance.
- Proficient knowledge of Excel
- Ability to manipulate and analyze large quantities of data
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced insurance designations/certifications/licenses preferred
Compensation
The base salary range provided below is for hires in those geographic areas only and will becommensuratewith candidate experience. Pay ranges for candidates in other locations may differ based on the costoflaborin that location.
Pay Range: $75,000 - $90,000
