Responsibilities
Product Strategy and Roadmap (Discovery)
- Refine and enhance product strategies.
- Develop and manage the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on customer insights, market trends, and business impact.
- Lead cross-functional discovery initiatives and mentor junior product managers.
- Articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with company goals and market requirements.
- Apply Privacy by Design (PbD) principles to assess and mitigate privacy risks throughout the discovery process.
- Be the main advocate for the voice of the customer, with a comprehensive understanding of their needs and intentions.
Product Development (Development)
- Ensure development efforts align with the product roadmap and meet customer expectations.
- Engage in sprint planning sessions, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups to address blockers and manage risks proactively.
- Define and prioritize product features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Act as the liaison between various stakeholders, including executives, marketing, sales, customer success, legal, and tech support.
- Manage scope adjustments effectively, balancing trade-offs and communicating decisions clearly.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to development.
- Oversee Go-to-Market readiness.
- Maintain agility to adapt to unforeseen changes or customer needs.
- Collaborate closely with release management and client-facing teams for successful launch planning.
- Finalize and secure approval for development PbD assessments.
Execution and Delivery (Launch)
- Strive for excellence in release planning initiatives.
- Lead customer enablement and resolution sessions.
- Work in tandem with product marketing to convey clear value propositions.
- Serve as an evolving expert in your field.
Performance Tracking and Optimization (Grow and Retire)
- Recommend enhancements based on data analysis.
- Define success metrics for product initiatives and assess performance post-launch.
- Continuously refine the product to improve user experience and meet business goals.
- Manage product financials effectively.
Operational / Behavioral
- Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to resolve conflicting priorities.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Play an active role in customer engagement.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in product management.
- Background in B2B2C or B2C technology solutions.
- Understanding of AI and data science principles, with a focus on influencing AI development activities.
- Experience creating AI roadmaps that align with business objectives.
- Familiarity with Privacy by Design (PbD) principles.
- Expertise in AI solutions.
- Knowledge of SaaS architecture, APIs, and enterprise IT environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for data-driven decision-making.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex product portfolios.
- Demonstrated project management skills.
- Success in developing customer-centric products that address real-world challenges.
- Self-motivated, creative, and capable of working with limited supervision.
- Ability to analyze strategically, creatively solve problems, and exercise good business judgment.
- Expertise in managing multiple products.
- Experienced in product lifecycle management.

Compensation and Benefits
We accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and qualified candidates may be contacted throughout the posting period.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $130,000 - $150,000 annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices.
