Your Role

We are seeking a Product Manager to advance Netflix's ad supply and establish effective monetization strategies. In this role, you will:

  • Define and drive the product strategy for the Ads Platform and translate that into a clear product roadmap.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from inception to launch, delivering features incrementally.
  • Build robust partnerships with Netflix product teams and maintain continuous feedback loops to enhance understanding of their challenges.
  • Encourage and engage in a lively exchange of ideas, clearly articulating your vision and strategy throughout the organization.
  • Continuously assess the success and effectiveness of our products, establishing metrics for success and executing based on data.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Have:

  • 10+ years of experience in Product Management with a successful track record of launching and scaling platforms.
  • Proven expertise in managing Ad Tech products across the product development lifecycle.
  • A deep understanding of advertising ecosystems, including CTV ads and member experiences, along with knowledge in experimentation and measurement techniques.
  • Strong experience in designing integrations with ad servers, SSPs, and DSPs, and a good grasp of APIs and integration frameworks.
  • Familiarity with real-time bidding (RTB) protocols and auction dynamics, including header bidding and server-side auctions.
  • Experience in audience onboarding and targeting capabilities.
  • A comprehensive understanding of advertising concepts such as publisher policies, frequency caps, and sensitive categories, along with experience in inventory management systems and forecasting methods.
  • The ability to prioritize and clearly communicate your product roadmap across business units and geographic locations.
  • A comfort with ambiguity, as this role may evolve based on partnerships, strategy, and product priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, suitable for diverse group sizes including executives.
  • The ability to inspire and lead teams of designers, engineers, and business partners.
  • Proficient in using both qualitative and quantitative methods to define and measure success.

Our compensation structure features an annual salary without bonuses. You decide annually how to balance your compensation between salary and stock options. Compensation for this role ranges from $520,000.00 to $1,000,000.00, based on market indicators and your unique background, skills, and experience.
