This is a unique opportunity for a builder-leader who will take charge of the end-to-end lifecycle of a mobile-first ecosystem. Your efforts will drive the creation of a unified, world-class experience that ranges from instant fuel savings to intricate credit products. This dynamic role requires a strong business acumen and the capability to influence senior leadership to shape the future of our OTR digital landscape.

- Own the Tech: Gain a thorough understanding of application growth metrics and core architectural decisions, integrating them into the product, APIs, and SDKs.
Execution, Data & 0-1 Building
- Scale the MVP: Lead the transformation of 0-1 initiatives (e.g., new credit offerings, loyalty engines, merchant integrations) into scalable, high-performing features utilized by thousands of drivers daily.
- Insights-Driven Prioritization: Combine deep customer empathy with rigorous data analysis to formulate experiments and swiftly discontinue underperforming initiatives.
- Lead Scrum Excellence: Direct 1-2 high-performing scrum teams, collaborating with senior engineers to address technical challenges in payment processing and mobile UX.
Cross-Functional Influence & Partnership
- Build Bridges: Navigate a complex environment to unify Risk, Legal, Finance, and GTM teams around a common consumer-first mission.
- Disruptive Research: Work closely with UX and Analytics to conduct in-depth research that challenges existing standards and leads to groundbreaking solutions in the trucking industry.
- Articulate Value: Effectively communicate with C-suite and senior stakeholders, translating technical milestones into business value and customer impact.
Experience You'll Bring
- Strategic "Lead" Experience: Robust experience in a Senior or Lead PM role, ideally within a fast-paced consumer fintech, mobile-first marketplace, or logistics tech sector.
- 0-to-1 & Scaling Mastery: A documented history of transforming a product from concept to launch and then scaling it to a broad user base.
- Financial Acumen: A strong grasp of unit economics, P&L management, and the mechanics of consumer financial products (credit, payments, or rewards).
- Technical Savvy: Experience working collaboratively with senior engineering teams on mobile architecture, API strategy, and data pipelines.
- Soft Skills, Hard Results: A growth mindset with the capability to influence without direct authority, promoting a culture of transparency and rapid delivery.
