About

As Product Manager for Modern Work, you will be responsible for the further development and management of defined Managed Services (e.g., Cloud, Workplace, Security, Network, Infrastructure).

You can create and present a business case to management based on all market facts and analysis results for the introduction of new products and Managed Services.

Regular status updates and, if necessary, solution support with the technical development team are also part of your tasks.

Creation of product positioning, market messaging, and sales arguments for the target segments, as well as their communication to support marketing and sales.

Develop and communicate a company-wide Go-to-Market plan, lead collaboration with all necessary employees within the Go-to-Market team, and control implementation and execution.

You support and challenge the Product Owner in finding the best solutions for our customers.

Requirements

• Broad technological knowledge in IT, preferably with a Managed Service Provider
• A university degree in Business Informatics or many years of relevant professional experience combined with technical and personal further training in the areas mentioned above
• High customer orientation and sense of responsibility, as well as the motivation to profitably support the further development of UMB
• Sound knowledge and understanding of business and technology
• Excellent German and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Certifications in Product Management and ITIL are desirable
