Senior Product Manager - Agile Transformation

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking technology organization renowned for its innovative product portfolio and agile development culture, is seeking an experienced and visionary Senior Product Manager to drive their product strategy and execution. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere while collaborating with a distributed, high-performing team. You will be instrumental in defining and launching new digital products and features, from ideation and market research through to development, launch, and post-launch optimization. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and customer-centric product development. You will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, working closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product delivery. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven ability to translate market needs and business objectives into a compelling product roadmap. You will conduct competitive analysis, identify market opportunities, and define product positioning and messaging. Experience managing complex software products, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment, is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills are critical for bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders. You will champion the product vision, articulate the value proposition, and ensure alignment across the organization. Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback gathering. Translate product strategy into detailed product specifications and user stories. Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams throughout the product lifecycle. Prioritize product backlog and manage development sprints in an agile environment. Develop and manage product launch plans and go-to-market strategies. Monitor product performance, analyze key metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement. Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders at all levels. Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Mentor and guide junior product managers and team members. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. 5+ years of experience in product management, with a strong focus on software products. Proven experience with agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). Demonstrated success in defining and launching new products or features. Strong understanding of market analysis, customer research, and competitive intelligence. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Experience working with cross-functional, distributed teams in a remote setting.
