Your Role and Responsibilities
The Senior Product Manager will guide the product strategy, oversee lifecycle management, and spearhead go-to-market initiatives for Verizon's AI Connect and Network Programmability service. You will take a product from initial concept to commercialization, engaging with various stakeholders both internally and externally. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Defining product strategy and developing a comprehensive roadmap for the AI Connect portfolio that aligns with company goals and addresses market demands.
- Conducting thorough market research and competitive analysis to spot trends and understand customer needs for strategic connectivity products.
- Collaborating with teams in marketing, sales, pricing, and operations to execute effective go-to-market plans and ensure successful product launches.
- Monitoring product performance by defining, tracking, and reporting metrics to relevant teams.
- Translating customer requirements into technical specifications in conjunction with engineering and network teams.
- Managing the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to post-launch management, utilizing Agile methodologies for iterative progress.
- Enhancing customer acquisition and retention through strong adoption of AI Connect offerings.
- Setting and ensuring adherence to performance service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Strengthening partnerships with stakeholders and leading cross-functional teams to ensure unified execution of product strategies.
- Communicating with leadership and providing regular performance updates to executives.
What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess strong strategic skills, capable of recognizing key points and formulating relevant recommendations. You must effectively articulate customer needs internally, enabling those needs to translate into finished products. Excellent communication and presentation skills are critical for engaging with stakeholders at all levels. You should be a proactive team player who can juggle multiple priorities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or at least four years of relevant work experience.
- A minimum of six years of relevant experience, demonstrated through professional or military training.
- Understanding of product development and management life cycles.
- A solid technical and commercial grasp of the network business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Proven experience in product management, successfully executing a product roadmap from inception to launch.
- Strong data-driven mindset with the ability to make evidence-based decisions.
- Experience leading and inspiring cross-functional teams in dynamic environments.
- An MBA or Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Familiarity with Verizon’s domestic and global product offerings in Connectivity and MNS portfolios.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- A passion for making a positive impact in the communications industry.

Where You'll Be Working
This hybrid role allows for both remote work and in-office collaboration, requiring at least three days per week in the office, as set by your manager.

The position's salary will depend on location and confirmed skills. This is an incentive-based role with additional earning potential. The salary range for full-time positions is $128,000.00 - $245,000.00 annually.
