We are looking for a Product Manager who will take the product organization at Hyarchis to the next level, in a market that is currently fundamentally changing. Our clients are in accountancy and financial services, a world that is in full motion due to consolidation, increasing complexity, and the question of how AI is fundamentally changing their work. You understand this dynamic, or are genuinely curious to quickly delve into it.

What will you do?

As a Senior Product Manager (AI-first) at Hyarchis, you will be the linchpin between customer, business, and engineering. Hyarchis delivers AI-driven document management and compliance software to the banking sector, accountancy firms, and financial service providers, think of KYC compliance platforms, enterprise document management, and smart AI services.

What's missing is a Senior Product Manager who bridges the gap: who truly sits at the table with customers, translates market signals into validated specs, and builds the right things together with the team. You will work directly with the COO, GM, and CTO of Hyarchis.

Your Responsibilities

• You set up a structural discovery process: you conduct customer interviews, analyze usage data, and translate insights into concrete product hypotheses, data-driven. You build a network of early adopters and co-creators who improve the product with you.
• You write sharp, AI-ready specs that are directly usable by the development team. No 40-page waterfall documents, but short spec-driven briefs that engineers (and AI agents) can quickly get to work with.
• You prioritize the roadmap clearly and communicate trade-offs transparently to stakeholders.
• You prototype yourself with AI tools, whether it's a clickable prototype via vibe coding, a market analysis with AI agents, or a quick data exploration.
• You introduce and operationalize product analytics so that you and the team make decisions based on real usage data.
• You bring design thinking into an organization that is strongly backend-oriented: you ensure that UX is considered before building, even without a dedicated designer.
• You work closely with sales and consultancy to close the feedback loop and align the roadmap with market needs.
• You ensure go-to-market is not an afterthought: you provide input for product pages, release notes, demo material, and customer cases, and you organize internal enablement so everyone is ready for what's coming. Feature adoption is your KPI.
• You are the voice of the customer in sprint reviews, refinement, and strategic sessions.

About the team

Hyarchis is part of Blinqx and has a Dutch office in Eindhoven, with development teams in Lithuania. The total team counts approximately 40 people, of which 15 are in the Netherlands (support, consultancy, product, marketing). The leadership is strong and the team is close-knit. We take our work seriously, ourselves a little less. What's missing is a Senior Product Manager who can independently carry the product discovery, delivery, and strategy. You will fill that role.

What do you bring?

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management at a B2B SaaS organization, preferably in regulated industries (accountancy, fintech, compliance, legal tech).
• Demonstrable experience with setting up or professionalizing product processes. You have built something from scratch before, not just maintained an existing machine.
• You actively use AI tools in your daily work: for spec writing, research synthesis, prototyping, or data analysis. You don't have to be a developer, but you can vibe-code a prototype and you're not afraid of a terminal.
• Strong discovery skills: you know how to conduct a customer interview, how to combine qualitative and quantitative data, and how to move from insight to action.
• Experience with product analytics tooling and its implementation.
• You communicate clearly in Dutch and English. Hyarchis operates in both languages, with an international development team.
• You are comfortable in an environment where you have to figure out and build a lot yourself. This is not an established PM department but an opportunity to establish it.
• Affinity with the accountancy or financial services market is highly desired. Whether you've been in it for years or are genuinely curious about it and want to delve deep quickly.

Nice to have:

• Experience with remote development teams
• Familiarity with compliance issues (KYC, PEP/sanction screening)
• Experience with design systems or managing external designers
