Senior Product Manager - AI & Security Cloud Solutions

As a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft Security, your role will involve shaping the future of security solutions to empower users, customers, and developers with end-to-end simplified security cloud services. You will play a pivotal role in defining the long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap across organizational boundaries. Your responsibilities will include:

Responsibilities: - Define long-term product vision, strategy, and roadmap - Write product framing memos emphasizing AI as a core differentiator - Translate complex AI concepts into business value for executives and customers - Build consensus across cross-functional teams and senior leadership - Assess partnership and acquisition opportunities - Lead AI-powered analysis of customer signals to identify unmet needs - Conduct competitive analyses and market research - Engage directly with customers through interactions and forums - Own product roadmap, prioritize backlog, and manage tradeoffs with engineering teams - Lead feature definition and collaborate with Design on UX, APIs, and functionality - Partner with data science teams on model objectives, training data, and AI metrics - Define release criteria, customer acquisition, and monetization strategies - Create marketing plans and content supporting product launches - Define and track OKRs and KPIs - Build trust with key customers and maintain communication throughout product lifecycle

Qualifications: - 8+ years of product management experience with complex, cross-organizational products - Deep AI/ML expertise with the ability to integrate AI-first thinking into strategy - Track record of defining product vision that drives significant business impact - Strong technical background in APIs, infrastructure, and AI modeling - Expert stakeholder management and influence on senior leadership - Strong analytical skills with OKR/KPI definition and tracking experience - Go-to-market planning and product launch experience
