Senior Product Manager, Aladdin Product Management, Vice President

As a Senior Product Manager at BlackRock, you will have a positive impact on developing the product vision and leading the day-to-day execution of the roadmap for Private Credit solutions across Aladdin and eFront. You will be sitting at the intersection of business and technology, working closely with developers, researchers, and other stakeholders to innovate, conceptualize, design, and pilot new capabilities across the investment lifecycle. • *Key Responsibilities:** - Be a subject matter expert of personas, workflows, and tools within the Private Credit product domain - Influence teams across Aladdin to drive forward strategic product decisions - Demonstrate a deep understanding of business, stakeholder, and client needs - Gather, evaluate & define detailed product requirements and product specifications - Develop, prioritize, and maintain roadmaps for the Private Credit build; provide quarterly updates on deliverables and create content for management communications - Develop a strong understanding of competitors and industry trends - Provide technical/industry expertise to both sales and clients directly on how to leverage our Aladdin and eFront Private Credit offering to more effectively construct and manage their whole portfolio of private and public exposures • *Qualifications Required:** - 6 years of experience in product management/business analysis/client service including building and launching technology in a B2B or B2C market - Demonstrable track record of creating, growing, and running a product line to market success - Strong team player with the ability to lead and influence - Commercial acumen, with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - BA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent practical experience - Strong understanding of fixed income products - Private Markets knowledge and experience is preferable
