Senior Product Manager (all genders) – Mobility Service Configuration & Setup (Maternity Leave Cover, 12 months)

As a Senior Product Manager, you will shape the scaling of new mobility services and the satisfaction of our B2B/B2G customers. You will take responsibility for the configuration of service areas, operating hours, and stop networks, as well as for data-driven self-service tools in the MOIA back office.

Responsibilities

  • Develop customer-centric tools: Dashboards and control functions that support B2B/B2G customers in optimizing their fleet.
  • Scalable setup processes: Create features for internal users to quickly and securely add new services to the system.
  • Discovery & Delivery: Utilize user research, data analysis, and prototyping to identify new opportunities and translate them into roadmap development.
  • Stakeholder alignment: Coordinate with Sales, Support, and external partners; ensure all teams are informed of innovations early on.
  • Community contribution: Share experiences within the Product community and establish best practices.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years in a B2B or SaaS environment.
  • Strong data-driven work approach and proficient use of KPI, opportunity, or user story mapping tools.
  • Proven success in delivering complex, technical products in agile environments.
  • Excellent communication skills in English; German is a plus.

Requirements

  • 5+ Jahre Product Management, davon mindestens 2 Jahre im B2B- oder SaaS-Umfeld.
  • Starke datengetriebene Arbeitsweise und sicherer Umgang mit KPI-, Opportunity- oder User-Story-Mapping-Tools.
  • Nachweisliche Erfolge bei der Lieferung komplexer, technischer Produkte in agilen Umgebungen.
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke auf Englisch; Deutsch ist ein Plus.
