Senior Product Manager, Amazon

This is a business critical role in the ROW Product team for managing Units Per Box (UPB) metric for ROW countries. This role will require working closely with Supply chain teams ,Product teams and category teams to ideate and drive strategic initiatives to improve Costs influenced by Units Per Purchase to unit per box conversions.

Key job responsibilities is to drive improved UPB for ROW Amazon on an ongoing basis, using all input parameters across inventory stocking at FCs(both Amazon & External) , technology tools, working with the relevant category partner teams to drive customer order behavior on the platform to support driving up Units per Purchase and Units per Box partnering with product teams.

It requires ongoing engagement with Supply chain, operations, Products and business stakeholders at a senior level, working closely with stakeholders to define goals and deliver to them year on year.

The UPB charter focuses on packaging splits reduction initiatives and has a direct bearing on customer experience and profitability. Skill requires sharp data analysis, interpretation and articulation with stakeholders and safeguard the tenets of the charter through engaging with the stakeholder. 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience • Bachelor's degree or equivalent • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition • Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement

Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
