Senior Product Manager APIs, Integrations & Mobile Platform

As a Senior Product Manager for APIs, Integrations, and Mobile Platform, your primary responsibility will be to take ownership and drive evolution of the API and integrations platform, while closely collaborating on the mobile application strategy. Your role will require a high level of technical expertise, strategic decision-making, and complete ownership from initial discovery to final delivery. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that developers can build with confidence, partners can innovate quickly, and users can benefit from reliable and intuitive products.

### Role Overview: In this role, you will work on various aspects including platform APIs, partner integrations, and mobile experiences. Your focus will be on ensuring a smooth API platform strategy, seamless partner integrations, and efficient API-backed mobile capabilities. Your responsibilities will include creating clear PRDs, API specifications, and rollout plans for engineering teams to execute confidently. Additionally, you will be involved in API lifecycle management, cross-functional alignment, and measuring success metrics.

### Key Responsibilities: - End-to-end ownership of API platform strategy, including versioning (V4), migration, documentation, and developer experience. - Definition and delivery of partner integrations, including third-party platforms and internal consumers. - Product leadership for API-backed mobile capabilities, collaborating with AFM stakeholders to align platform and app roadmaps. - Creating clear, execution-ready PRDs, API specifications, and rollout plans for engineering teams. - Managing API lifecycle including design-first development, backwards compatibility, deprecations, and migrations. - Ensuring cross-functional alignment with Engineering, Design, Product Ops, Readiness, Support, and Marketing teams. - Measuring success through adoption, usage, reliability, and customer feedback.

### Qualifications Required: - 6+ years of Product Management experience, with a focus on APIs, platforms, or integrations. - Strong technical fluency in areas such as REST APIs, authentication, webhooks, data models, and system dependencies. - Proven ability to drive end-to-end delivery, work in cross-functional teams, and communicate effectively. - Experience in working with globally distributed teams and synthesizing data into clear priorities. - Bonus points for experience with mobile-backed platform capabilities, API migrations, versioning strategies, or familiarity with telematics, fleet, SaaS platforms, or B2B ecosystems.
