Role Overview

We are excited to introduce a new opportunity for a Principal Product Manager, Applied AI & Agentic Solutions to lead the development and expansion of AI-enabled services across our organization. This innovative role combines product management, service operations, applied AI, and workflow innovation to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.

The focus will be on identifying where AI can significantly improve our services and operations. You will drive these initiatives from initial discovery through prototype validation to operational implementation, translating complex AI capabilities into tangible business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities within the Services organization to enhance efficiency and customer outcomes through AI workflows and automation.
  • Collaborate with various teams, including Professional Services and threat analysts, to understand pain points and leverage high-impact use cases.
  • Define problem statements, business cases, success metrics, and visibility for AI-enabled solutions.
  • Translate opportunities into detailed requirements and workflows to support rapid prototyping and scalable execution.
  • Lead the design of AI-driven workflows, ensuring operational guardrails and human oversight are in place.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to prototype and refine solutions for production environments.
  • Conduct demonstrations and stakeholder reviews to gather feedback and align on strategic direction.
  • Utilize project management tools like Jira to track projects and facilitate prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Develop evaluation frameworks to measure solution impact, quality, and risk.
  • Assess prototypes and recommend courses of action based on operational metrics.
  • Identify capabilities that can evolve into platforms, accelerators, or service offerings.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Go-To-Market teams to transition successful ideas into broader applications.
  • Ensure all solutions prioritize governance, security, trust, and quality.
  • Communicate progress and recommendations clearly to stakeholders.
  • Establish a model for discovering and scaling AI-enabled solutions across Services.

Required Qualifications

  • 8+ years in product management within enterprise software, SaaS, cybersecurity, or related fields.
  • Evident experience in integrating threat intelligence into services and products.
  • Proven track record of delivering AI projects focused on operational impact.
  • Experience designing retrieval-based systems and agentic solutions with human oversight.
  • Collaboration with engineering teams on security product development.
  • Ability to define success metrics for tangible business outcomes.
  • Proficiency in driving cross-functional execution and stakeholder alignment.
  • Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical partners.
  • Ownership mindset with a capability to navigate fast-paced environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in Professional Services or Customer Success roles.
  • Hands-on experience building AI-assisted products or workflow systems.
  • Skill in translating internal innovations to marketable solutions.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity operations and analyst workflows.
  • Knowledge of AI governance and quality controls in production.

Base Pay Range: 200,300.00 - 293,810.00 USD

California (excluding SF Bay Area), Colorado, Connecticut, Illinois, Washington DC Metro, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Texas, Washington, Virginia, and Alaska:

Base Pay Range: 167,300.00 - 245,355.00 USD

All other cities and states not mentioned above:

Base Pay Range: 152,900.00 - 224,235.00 USD
