Senior Product Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead the development and management of innovative products across diverse platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in product management, software development, and technical expertise in cloud services, databases, and APIs. Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision and strategy aligned with company goals.

• Lead requirements gathering sessions to identify customer needs and translate them into detailed product specifications.

• Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception through deployment, including planning, development, testing, and release.

• Collaborate with engineering teams utilizing Agile and SAFe methodologies to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.

• Oversee product development processes, including SDLC, Waterfall, and iterative approaches.

• Coordinate with stakeholders to prioritize features based on analytics, market trends, and customer feedback.

• Develop comprehensive test cases and oversee quality assurance to ensure functionality aligns with requirements.

• Facilitate communication across teams using tools such as Jira, TFS, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel), and Git for version control.

• Analyze data using SQL, Analytics tools, and other metrics to inform product decisions and improvements.

• Engage in B2B sales strategies by understanding customer needs and translating them into product solutions.

• Lead technical discussions involving APIs, Java, SaaS platforms, IoT integrations, and mobile applications.

• Present product roadmaps and updates to executive leadership using Microsoft PowerPoint.

• Foster leadership within the team by mentoring junior members and promoting best practices in software development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management within a technology-driven environment.

• Strong understanding of cloud services such as AWS and SaaS solutions.

• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (SAFe), Scrum, TFS, Jira, and SDLC processes including Waterfall models.

• Technical proficiency in SQL, HTML, APIs, Java programming language, Git version control system, and databases.

• Familiarity with mobile applications development and Internet of Things (IoT) platforms is highly desirable.

• Excellent analysis skills for requirements gathering and data-driven decision-making.

• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with effective communication skills for stakeholder engagement.

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $92,007.88-$200,000.00 per year
