As part of the newly founded team, you will shape the foodservice marketing of our most important brands. You will ensure that our brands are available and experienceable wherever people demand our products – in restaurants, hotels, wholesale, and new sales channels. To achieve this, you will manage our portfolio and develop new product innovations based on insights. You will also work closely with sales, trade and shopper marketing, and other internal teams.

What you can achieve

• ✨ You will take responsibility for the introduction and further development of strategic foodservice products as well as for the Emmi ice cream and dessert portfolios – from idea to shelf.
• 🤝 You will plan, coordinate, and manage product management projects on time and within budget – in close cooperation with production, marketing, quality assurance, and sales.
• 💡 You will contribute your innovative strength when it comes to new products and concepts, and recognize market trends and customer needs early on.
• 📊 You will create category and portfolio analyses, know your assortments and customers in detail, and prepare clear insights and presentations from them.

What you bring

• 🎓 You have completed training in the food sector, in a commercial field, or as a food technologist – ideally with further training (e.g., business school, technical school, or marketing planning).
• 🏭 You have professional experience in the food industry or in the FMCG environment, preferably in a similar role.
• 📅 You have experience in project management and are confident using data analysis and presentation tools.
• 🗣️ You speak fluent German and good English – any additional language is a plus.
