What You'll Be Doing:

  • Assist in setting product strategy and executing roadmaps under leadership guidance.
  • Work collaboratively with engineering, user experience, data, and compliance teams to create scalable solutions.
  • Gather and document product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to ensure clarity and direction.
  • Participate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and coordination of releases.
  • Ensure all products comply with regulatory, security, and compliance standards typical within the FinTech industry.
  • Analyze user feedback, market trends, and performance metrics to drive product enhancements.
  • Engage with client stakeholders to identify challenges and develop effective product solutions.
  • Develop an understanding of the needs and workflows of ISVs, platforms, and marketplaces.

What You Should Bring:

  • A minimum of 4 years in product management, specifically within the payments sector.
  • Knowledge of financial services, banking, and the payments lifecycle, including acquiring and payer ecosystems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities, leveraging data to influence decision-making.
  • Experience in communicating effectively with senior leaders, clients, and partners.
  • A proven track record of fostering cross-functional collaboration.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced and ambiguous environments.

Bonus Skills:

  • A passion for driving change and elevating client experience through high-quality deliverables.
  • Experience working with ISVs, SaaS platforms, or embedded finance solutions.
  • Familiarity with tools like Confluence and JIRA, particularly with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
  • Understanding of product support in a call center setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Technical aptitude for collaborating with engineering teams on API integrations.

Additional Information:

Travel may be required up to 10% of the time. Please note that this position requires valid and unrestricted U.S. work authorization.

Salary Range:

$100,000.00 - $165,600.00. This pay range applies to employees in New Jersey and New York, with variations in other states.
