We are looking for you for our corporate headquarters in Gilching near Munich as a Senior Product Manager (m/f/d) starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Responsibility for the creation and continuous development of the product roadmap (product portfolio management, product specifications)
• Definition of new products in cooperation with sales and OEM customers and based on continuous market and competitor analyses
• Responsibility for the creation and maintenance of a standardized and streamlined product portfolio: creation of market launch plans for new products, responsible maintenance of product specifications and price lists, as well as planning and implementation of product discontinuations
• Regular updating of medium- to long-term strategic planning
• Conducting market and competitor analyses; deriving strategic goals for the positioning and further development of the product portfolio
• Support of worldwide sales: indication of attractive markets and applications as well as target customers, mediation of product advantages and benefit arguments, as well as support with specific customer inquiries
• Regular visits to key customers and comparison of customer requirements with the product portfolio
• Participation in the creation and implementation of the marketing plan
• Conceptual design of brochures, presentations, and publications
• Participation in trade fairs and conferences as well as occasional presentations of technical papers
• Maintenance and development of international contacts within industry and research
• Representation of Hoenle in international committees and projects as well as towards key customers
• Coordination with other business units on market and product positioning

Your Profile

• Sound knowledge in UV and LED-UV technology as well as a deep understanding of our core markets, the competitive situation, and trends
• Strong technical understanding and several years of experience in direct exchange with customers and users – ideally also in an international context
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking and working style
• Strong communication skills, team-oriented work, and confident demeanor towards internal and external contacts
• Experience in planning, implementing, and managing product projects
• Willingness to travel to trade fairs, customer events, and OEM partners at home and abroad
