In This Role, You Will
- Join a new operating company within the umbrella of iAltA where we are building the connective layer of modern wealth management: a shared data and workflow foundation that serves the advisor while connecting the ecosystem.
- Transform high‑level product vision into executable roadmaps across three wealth‑management fintech products, establishing data‑driven prioritization frameworks that maximize engineering efficiency to maintain development pace with company strategy & growth goals.
- Report and engage regularly with senior leadership.
Product Delivery & Roadmap
- Establish and maintain prioritized product roadmaps for all three products with clear quarterly milestones.
- Implement a transparent, ROI‑based prioritization framework adopted by all stakeholders (GMs, sales, engineering).
- Achieve on‑time delivery of committed roadmap items.
- Develop and maintain toolkit that supports product development process.
Cross‑Functional Alignment
- Work with GMs and sales teams as the go‑to person for translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Minimize engineering rework/pivots through effective requirements and technical specifications.
- Establish regular feedback loops across all three business lines.
- Maintain parallel development processes across all products with appropriate prioritization.
Technical Excellence
- Create technical specifications that engineering teams can execute without significant clarification.
- Develop and implement elite product development process using best practice principles.
Business Impact
- Build and demonstrate clear ROI metrics for shipped features.
- Contribute to YoY growth trajectory through effective feature prioritization.
- Identify and prioritize high‑impact initiatives.

What We’re Looking For
- Experience at a company known for product excellence (e.g., FAANG, unicorn startup, or elite Series B+).
- Experience managing technical products with engineering teams of 10+ people.
- Track record of shipping features across multiple products or platforms simultaneously.
Bonus if you also have:
- B2B SaaS or platform experience.
- Previous work at a company with great product operations/discipline.
- Experience in a high‑growth, early‑stage company.
- Deep technical background and familiarity.
- Familiarity with financial services, fintech, or regulated industries.

Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary range: $140,000 – $180,000+ based on experience
