Are you a Senior Product Manager with a strong background in temperature sensors ? This is a rare opportunity to lead the strategic and commercial development of a growing sensor assembly portfolio for high-impact markets (HVAC, data centre, industrial, F&B).

You’ll drive product strategy and roadmap, P&L, pricing, and new product launches, working cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing and supply chain whilst managing one direct report.

Senior Product Manager Key Responsibilities: • Define and execute product strategy and roadmap • Lead new product launches and lifecycle management • Own P&L, pricing strategy and margin targets • Build strong OEM and channel relationships • Work with operations to optimise supply chain and cost structure • Monitor market trends and competitor developments

Requirements: • Relevant technical degree in electronic engineering, or equivalent. • Solid experience in the temperature sensor industry • Proven success scaling or transforming sensor product lines • Strong commercial and financial acumen (pricing, cost modelling) • Technical understanding of sensor design and reliability • Experience working with manufacturing and supply chain teams • Customer/OEM-facing skills and market intuition • Leadership experience (direct team and cross-functional)
