Senior Product Manager - Fintech

About The Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with deep expertise in fintech, payments, and card issuing to lead the development of next-generation digital banking and payment solutions. This role focuses on building and scaling card issuing capabilities, enhancing payment experiences, and driving innovation across fraud, risk, and compliance systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the product roadmap for card issuing, payments, and fraud-related features
• Lead end-to-end card lifecycle development including authorization, clearing, settlement, and disputes
• Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable fintech solutions
• Integrate and manage issuing processors such as Marqeta, Galileo, Fiserv, Zeta, or similar platforms
• Ensure compliance with Visa and Mastercard scheme rules and payment network standards
• Work closely with risk and compliance teams to implement fraud prevention, KYC, AML, and risk scoring systems
• Define product requirements, write user stories, and manage Agile delivery cycles
• Analyze product performance, user feedback, and data to drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• 7-12 years of product management experience in fintech, payments, or card issuing
• Strong understanding of card issuing lifecycle (authorization, clearing, settlement, disputes)
• Experience working with issuing processors (e.g., Marqeta, Galileo, Fiserv, Zeta, Payfare)
• Knowledge of Visa/Mastercard payment networks and scheme rules
• Experience in fraud prevention, KYC/AML, and risk management systems
• Proven ability to manage mobile/web fintech products end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building CRM systems or internal financial platforms
• Background in digital banking, neobanks, or fintech startups
• Experience working in high-growth, fast-paced environments
