About the role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and optimisation of a key product domain within our organisation. This role sits at the intersection of platform capability and customer growth, requiring a balance of strategic thinking, analytical rigour, and strong delivery focus.
You will be responsible for defining product direction, aligning cross-functional teams, and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute a clear product strategy aligned with business objectives and customer needs
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, including discovery, prioritisation, development, launch, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate closely with engineering, design, data, and commercial stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions
- Use data-driven insights and customer feedback to inform decision-making and prioritisation
- Establish and track key performance indicators to measure product success and identify areas for optimisation
- Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes effectively to senior stakeholders
- Mentor and support junior product managers, contributing to the development of product best practices
Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 6 years’ experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior-level role
- Demonstrated success in delivering complex digital products at scale
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to link product initiatives to business impact
- Solid understanding of modern software development processes and agile methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with experience using data to drive decisions
- Experience in platform, SaaS, or growth-focused products is advantageous
