Senior Product Manager

Job description As we enter a new phase with the launch of LKE Cloud and the rapid evolution of AI capabilities, we are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will help us shape and structure this next chapter: embedding AI into our graph intelligence platform and scaling our SaaS offering to drive adoption and long-term growth. In this role, you will contribute to shaping the future of graph intelligence and how it can be leveraged to make better decisions.

You will have various benefits including a fixed salary range of 78.000 — 91.000 EUR depending on experience.

Your Responsibilities As a key member of our cross-functional team in charge of one of the most powerful graph intelligence solutions, you will directly report to the Head of Products. Your responsibilities will include: • Working closely with the Head of Products to shape the product roadmap and define priorities aligned with our strategic objectives.

• Conducting comprehensive customer interviews and analyzing insights gathered from customers, prospects, partners, as well as sales and customer success teams. You will also develop your knowledge of the graph intelligence market. You will document, share, and discuss these insights with your team members.

• Identifying and scoping customer needs, contributing to their prioritization.

• Collaborating with the team to define and design effective solutions for upcoming value increments based on your findings.

• Participating in the validation and documentation of product evolutions.

• Creating product enablement collaterals to share the value proposition to the customer facing teams.

• Collaborating closely with our Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales teams to facilitate the marketing of software improvements and assist customers in adopting new features.

• Contributing to the enhancement and adoption of our product management practices.

Job requirements Qualifications

• 8+ years or relevant experience as a software Product Manager, specializing in addressing and fulfilling client needs.

• Experience in Enterprise software environments, data analytics and/or expertise in Compliance/Financial crimes, would be a plus.

• A technical background is considered a plus.

• Authorized to work in the EU.

Your Profile • A curious nature with active listening skills, along with a strong ability for collaborative teamwork and excellent interpersonal communication skills.

• Proficiency in framing and synthesizing complex problems.

• Experience and comfort working within cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product designers, and QA engineers.

• Ability to adapt communication styles to adjust to diverse audiences, prioritize information effectively, and resolve misunderstandings.

• Fluency in English, with a working command of French for communication with both the team and customers.

• Willingness to occasionally travel to meet customers and prospects.
