The Role

As our Senior Product Manager, you will be the primary architect of our product suite. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our lending platforms. This role requires a unique blend of financial acumen and technical execution. You aren't just managing a backlog; you are defining how capital flows from our platform to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-End Ownership: Lead products from initial discovery and whiteboarding through to deployment and iteration.
• Problem Translation: Master the art of taking complex, often ambiguous business problems and distilling them into specific, validated pain points with high-impact solutions.
• Data-Driven Roadmap: Transition "gut feelings" into backed hypotheses. You will define, track, and report on KPIs that move the needle for the business.
• Technical Partnership: Act as the primary bridge to our Engineering team. You must be able to translate complex business logic into technical specs that developers can execute with minimal friction.
• Rapid Prototyping: Use Figma and AI Prototyping tools to quickly visualize concepts, test workflows, and ensure the user journey is seamless for both internal underwriters, ISOs, and customers.
• Strategic SQL Usage: You will dive into our databases using SQL to identify bottlenecks in the funnel, analyze loan performance, and validate product success without needing a middleman.

Qualifications & Skills

• Alternative Lending Experience: Strong preference for candidates with more than 5 years experience in MCA or Revenue-Based Financing. You should understand credit cycles and risk logic.
• Technical Fluency: Proven track record of working closely with developers. You understand API integrations, database schemas, and the constraints of agile development.
• Hard Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and Figma/AI tools for design collaboration and rapid prototyping.
• Analytical Mindset: You live in the data. You are comfortable using quantitative insights to prioritize high-impact features and deprioritize low-ROI requests.

Pay:

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
