Senior Product Manager Benelux

About The Role We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Senior Product Manager Benelux. In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team, collaborate closely with the EMEA Therapy Innovation team and Benelux commercial teams, and oversee the development and implementation of product strategies and growth initiatives. This position requires a balance of strategic vision and hands-on execution to achieve our annual operating plan. #BetterDaysStartNow Key Responsibilities Product Strategy & Marketing Plan Develop and execute a Benelux-wide product strategy for the Diabetes therapy portfolio, ensuring alignment with EMEA and global objectives. Identify and quantify growth opportunities and prioritize marketing initiatives in close collaboration with the Marketing team. Define competitive strategies to differentiate products and maximize market potential. Facilitate knowledge sharing and implementation of best practices across the Benelux region. Support the annual marketing planning process, including budgeting, resource allocation, and performance tracking.

Marketing Plan Execution

Support the execution of the Benelux marketing plan to achieve AOP targets. Monitor and analyze performance metrics, adjusting strategies and tactics as needed. Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure alignment between product strategy and sales objectives. Participate in regular co-travels and regional sales meetings across Benelux.

Product Training

Design and deliver comprehensive product training programs for both internal and external stakeholders, including people with diabetes, healthcare professionals (HCPs), sales teams, and new hires. Ensure a strong understanding of product features, benefits, positioning, and competitive landscape. Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve content and delivery methods.

Demand Planning

Work with Commercial Excellence, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to align demand forecasts with production and distribution plans. Help minimize stock shortages and excess inventory. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with the EMEA Therapy Innovation team to support innovation, product launches, and best practice sharing. Proactively collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Management, Inside Sales, Customer Care, Health Economics, Indirect Sales, Finance, Field Sales, Technical Consultants, Training & Education, Sales Excellence, and Legal/Compliance.

Market

Engagement & Presence Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to proactively adjust strategies. Maintain strong market presence through regular customer visits and co-travels across Benelux.

Budget Management

Manage the Product Management budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Track and report expenditures in line with financial plans and organizational priorities.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or business transformation within medtech, pharmaceuticals, or diabetes care. Strong strategic mindset with a proven track record of executing successful product marketing initiatives in competitive environments. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in complex, cross-functional environments.
