Senior Product Manager - Bill Payment is a full-time remote position responsible for managing the Invoice and Bill Payment product suite, collaborating with various teams to drive product strategy and enhancements. Key Responsibilities Oversee all stages of the product lifecycle, from conception to post-release activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, plan product enhancements, and ensure strategic revenue objectives are met Lead and mentor a small team of Product Managers and Associate Product Managers Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience 8+ years of B2B2C product management experience with a focus on product strategy and delivery Proven experience in influencing senior stakeholders and leading/coaching other Product Managers for at least 3 years Hands-on experience with Design Thinking and Lean product management methodologies Analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs and manage data-driven decision-making
