About the role
About the Role
As a Senior PM at CloudSEK, you will own the product lifecycle for the CloudSEK Threat Intelligence Platform, our unified cybersecurity intelligence solution. You will work at the intersection of customer needs, market dynamics, and engineering execution to shape a platform that helps enterprise clients stay ahead of evolving threats.
You'll collaborate closely with Threat Intel Research, Design, Marketing, and Customer Success to define strategy, prioritize roadmap investments, and deliver product experiences that are both powerful and intuitive.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy
- Research market trends, competitor offerings, and customer pain points to identify platform opportunities.
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with CloudSEK's business goals.
- Work with stakeholders across functions to prioritize platform capabilities that deliver measurable customer and business value.
Product Development
- Partner with engineering teams to translate customer needs into well-defined user stories, features, and acceptance criteria.
- Drive timely delivery of platform releases, balancing speed with quality.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure the platform experience is intuitive for security teams and enterprise buyers alike.
Go-to-Market
- Develop go-to-market plans for new platform capabilities — including positioning, messaging, and enablement.
- Work with marketing to produce documentation, collateral, and content that clearly articulates the platform's value.
- Equip the sales team with the context and materials they need to position CloudSEK effectively against alternatives.
Customer Engagement
- Engage directly with customers to gather feedback, understand workflows, and validate product decisions.
- Build strong relationships with key accounts to support adoption and uncover expansion opportunities.
- Proactively monitor satisfaction signals and close the loop on product-related friction.
Performance & Analytics
- Define and track KPIs that reflect platform health, adoption, and customer outcomes.
- Use data and qualitative feedback to continuously refine priorities and product direction.
Qualifications
- MBA or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in product management; experience in B2B SaaS is mandatory (bonus if you’ve worked with cybersecurity products).
- Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, such as Threat Intelligence, Attack Surface Management, Digital Risk or Vulnerability Management, is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and comfort with data-driven decision-making.
- Clear, concise communicator who can work effectively across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in agile environments.
