Your Responsibilities

• As Senior Product Manager, you are the driving force for your team and take responsibility for our collections and garnishment systems – from the product vision to a clear, actionable roadmap to achieve business- and customer-oriented results.
• You ensure that the products are in line with the collections strategy, regulatory requirements, and the global orientation. You maintain a prioritized backlog and provide impetus for successful implementation.
• You are responsible for the implementation and further development of our systems, including essential releases and regulatory changes. Through close cooperation with internal and external partners, as well as structured testing, acceptance, and documentation, you ensure high-quality operational processes.
• As the central point of contact, you bring IT, architecture, external service providers, and other partners to a common understanding and work closely with Collections Operations, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Analytics.
• In cross-border initiatives, you represent local requirements, ensure compliance with global standards, and proactively escalate conflicts of objectives.
• You shape the further development of the collections area within the framework of the Global Target Operating Model, identify areas for action, and derive concrete harmonization measures from them.
• You keep regulatory and internal requirements (e.g., MaRisk, outsourcing and data governance regulations) in mind, accompany audits and reviews, and ensure that risks and findings are made transparent and consistently addressed.

Your Profile

• Completed studies in business administration, finance, mathematics, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of practical experience as a Product Owner or Senior Business Analyst in a complex, regulated environment
• Sound understanding of collections, credit risk, or related banking processes is an advantage
• Experience in the cross-border management of system implementations and complex change initiatives
• Ability to translate strategic goals into clear, actionable backlogs and delivery plans
• Confident stakeholder management in local and global matrix organizations, as well as the drive and energy to mobilize teams purposefully
• Structured, results-oriented way of working and the confidence to make prioritization decisions
• Openness to cultural diversity in an international environment
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
