Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Product Manager to lead our Commercial Auto line of business. In this pivotal role, you will work closely with the line of business leader, driving forward strategies and documenting processes. Your expertise will be crucial in providing data-driven recommendations and implementing strategic initiatives. • Contribute to developing underwriting guidelines, appetite, and product strategies. • Collaborate with key stakeholders across Distribution, Actuarial, Product Development, Data and Analytics, and Technology teams to create effective system and process solutions. • Create key performance indicators and measurement mechanisms, conducting post-implementation reviews. • Assist in portfolio analysis with guidance from management on key metrics. • Work with training and marketing teams to develop materials that support new products and initiatives, potentially delivering training sessions as needed. • Conduct competitive research to inform product strategy. • Ensure compliance with state regulations and address any queries from the Departments of Insurance. • Maintain version control across underwriting guidelines and strategies. • Implement strategies for various distribution channels, including Direct to Consumer and Retail Agencies.

Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Math, Statistics, or Actuarial Sciences preferred. • 10+ years of Product Management experience in the insurance sector; production underwriting experience is a plus. • Possess strong knowledge of industry trends and state regulations. • Exhibit a commitment to data-driven analysis and decision-making processes. • Foster a culture of collaboration with stakeholders at all levels. • Demonstrate an ability to work independently and creatively solve problems. • Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; SQL skills are a plus.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000.00 USD + bonus.

This role may be based out of any of our office locations, including New York, NY; Parsippany; Conshohocken, PA; Wilkes Barre, PA; Alpharetta, GA.
