Responsibilities

• You act as the voice of the consumer in the team and in daily decision-making within product development
• Discovery of new data sources and the creation of links between these data
• Close cooperation and management of stakeholders in various disciplines (Tech, Commercial, etc.)
• Development and presentation of visions, strategies, and roadmaps for the product areas
• Translation of stakeholder requirements into concrete product optimizations
• Competitor monitoring, market analysis, and trend identification in the market as well as in the UX area

Requirements

• Experience working in start-ups, agencies, or other digital companies in the field of consumer applications / web interfaces
• Several years of professional experience in product management
• Deep understanding in the areas of User Research / Design Thinking / MVP Concept / BPM
• Very good presentation and communication skills, ability to say "no"
• Experience in team leadership and management
• Analytical data understanding
• Experience with Confluence, JIRA, AHA, Tableau, Balsamiq, Mockflow
