Do you want to actively shape the digital transformation in card payments? Are you excited about developing innovative, customer-oriented solutions together with end customers and banks? To strengthen our team in Zurich, we are looking for a dedicated personality as (Senior) Product Manager Digital Services, starting immediately or by arrangement. Responsibilities
- You independently develop and further develop selected digital solutions and products.
- You formulate and realize product strategies and specifically prioritize your product backlog.
- You capture customer and market needs and transform them into innovative products and services.
- You promote user-centered design in close collaboration with UX/UI teams.
- You develop new services agilely in cross-functional teams.
- You actively collaborate with banks, partners, and internal stakeholders and strengthen networking.
- You continuously monitor relevant KPIs and continuously optimize your products to ensure measurable value for customers and the business.
Profile
- You have a university or university of applied sciences degree in business, technology, or a comparable field.
- You have sound experience in product management of digital services, platforms, or apps - preferably in the finance or payment sector.
- You are familiar with modern agile product development methods such as SAFe, Scrum, Lean Startup, MVP, and Design Thinking.
- You have a broad understanding of digital ecosystems, mobile apps, API-based services, and payment solutions, as well as very good knowledge of the Swiss payment market.
- You have strong communication skills and experience in appreciative collaboration with stakeholders and partners.
- You show initiative, have conceptual strengths, and enjoy shaping innovative customer experiences.
- You have very good German and English skills.
