For this position, we offer an annual gross salary of EUR 65,000,-/year (based on 38.5h/week) with the willingness to pay more depending on relevant professional experience and qualifications. Through a variable salary component, determined by your personal performance, there are no upper limits.

What we're looking for

  • You develop a future-oriented, AI-driven search experience along the entire rental and purchase journey.
  • You identify and validate growth potentials through iterative product development, experiments, and data-based decisions.
  • You plan pricing and upsell strategies and translate them into concrete product initiatives with measurable business impact.
  • You define, track, and manage key KPIs to continuously optimize user behavior, conversion, and product success.
  • You work closely with development, design, data, and relevant stakeholders to clearly structure and effectively implement complex requirements.

What you bring

  • Several years of product management experience in a B2C environment, ideally with search, e-commerce, growth, or subscription-driven products.
  • Experience in conversion optimization, product scaling, and achieving or further developing product-market fit.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in translating data-based decisions into effective product measures.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional, impact-oriented teams and managing diverse stakeholders.
  • A good understanding of user needs, business models, and growth levers along digital customer journeys.
  • Fluent German and good English skills.
  • Experience in the effective use of AI tools to increase productivity and problem-solving.
