Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Programs

About

We are seeking a Senior Product Manager with strong enterprise systems integration experience to support a large-scale digital transformation program within a retail/eCommerce environment. This role will drive execution across multiple business and technology domains including digital experience, ERP, fulfillment, merchandising systems, and vendor integrations.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical product management background, experience managing complex cross-functional programs, and proven success driving operational change management and user adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of enterprise product/program workstreams across multiple integrated systems
• Gather and define business and technical requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate with engineering, architecture, operations, merchandising, supply chain, and vendor teams
• Drive API/system integrations, workflow transitions, UAT, and process improvements
• Support change management activities including training, stakeholder communication, and adoption tracking
• Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery timelines across cross-functional teams

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years of Product Management experience in enterprise environments
• Strong experience with enterprise system integrations (ERP/OMS/PIM/CMS/Fulfillment systems)
• ERP experience is required (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Dynamics, etc.)
• Strong technical understanding of APIs, data flows, integrations, and migration strategies
• Experience driving change management, workflow transformation, and user adoption
• Retail or eCommerce industry experience required
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional communication skills
• Experience working with engineering, architecture, and offshore teams
• Agile/Scrum delivery experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

Preferred

• Omni-channel retail experience
• Experience with supply chain, merchandising, or vendor management systems
• Experience supporting large enterprise transformation programs
